Individuals must qualify and be licensed in the State of Rhode Island and or Connecticut.
All  Agents are independent contractors and will be accepted after approval with an executed "Independent Contractor Agreement".
All Agents are non-salaried individuals and derive their income from sales commissions only.
 

HOSPITALITY & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT POSITIONS

Watch Hill Properties is involved in Sales, Rentals, and Property Management activities. In addition, WHP operates an independent Rental Program for Condominium Associations supplying staff to manage the both the Sales and Property Management of those Condo Associations. Therefore, there are job opportunities offered in the following categories.

Mid-Management - These are high level jobs offered to individuals with specific talents and experience.

Restaurant - The restaurant is operational during the Summer High Season employing Waiters, Bartenders, Kitchen Staff, and Support Staff.

Hospitality - The Rentals are year round therefore we offer hourly rates with more hours during the Summer High Season.

Parking - The Parking lot is open to the general public during the Summer High Season and gate controlled during the Off-Season.
