Larger residences based on $100 per bedroom with progressive reductions
3 Bedroom House or Condo = $255 per month (discounted 15%)
4 Bedroom House or Condo = $320 per month (discounted 20%)
5 Bedroom House or Condo = $375 per month (discounted 25%)
6 Bedroom House or Condo = $420 per month (discounted 30%)
8 Bedroom House or Condo = $480 per month (discounted 40%)
Basic Services
Description
Field Ops provide exterior inspections - Senior Field Ops provide interior
inspections.
Field Reports are filed in Office for every visit to the property. Such
reports are made
available to property owner to assure transparency and guarantee inspection.
Field Reports gives Management an opportunity to make recommendations
to
the property owner for upgrades and or repairs to maintain the home value.
General Accounting give
Management the opportunity to make necessary repairs with
pre-approval from the Owner.
